MS. VERNELL McDUFFIE

Ocala, Florida – Ms. Vernell McDuffie, age 58, transitioned from this life to be with the heavenly angels on June 28, 2017 at Munroe Regional Medical Center.  Ms. McDuffie retired from Winn-Dixie as a Bakery Manager. She attended Central Florida Community College.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: daughter, Chennell Carr; sons, Erving Carr, Jr. and Chad Carr; 16 Grandchildren; sisters, Christine Jackson, Linda Shuler, Gloria Kaznoski, Judy Anderson, Katherine Rivers, Josephine Patterson, Frankie McDuffie, Elizabeth Buxton;  Sylvia Gordon (Sparr, Fl) Debra Sanchez (Ocala,Fl) brothers, Angelo Sachez (Ocala, Fl)       Ricky Sanchez (Jesup,Ga) Frank Sanchez (Williston,Fl), Willie McDuffie, Steven McDuffie, Willie Walker, and Rodney Walker. She also leaves a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.

Life Celebration for Ms. Vernell McDuffie will be held 11:00am, Sunday, July 09, 2017 at Shiloh Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 500 S.W. 17th Avenue, Ocala,Florida, 34471. Rudolph Sterling, Pastor; Eulogist, Pastor John Heflin.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 8th from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at Hadley-Brown Funeral Home.
