Mildred Neasman East

OCALA, FL – Ms. Mildred Neasman East, age 74, transitioned to be with her heavenly father on February 11, 2024 at HCA West Marion Ocala Hospital. She was a graduate of Fessenden High School (Class of 1967), receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida A&M University (Class of 1971)). Mildred retired from the Florida Department of Children and Family Service. 

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: (children) Stacie Neasman, Marcelius Neasman, Catherena Neasman, (grandchildren) Arianna Williams, Nyla McFatten, Kamarius Neasman, La’lah Neasman, Breonna Bray, Alivia Neasman, Marcelius Neasman, Jr.,Mailey Neasman, (sisters) Arlean(George) Roberts, Geneva Williams, Ann(Paul) Hughes, Elaine Jones, (brother) General (Cynthia) Neasman, (aunt) Edna Fields, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends. 

Funeral services for Ms. Mildred Neasman East will be held 11:00AM on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at New St. John MBC, Rev. Dr. Tommy Brooks, Pastor. 

Public visitation will be held from 6:30PM until 7:30 PM on Friday, February 23, 2024 at Hadley-Brown Funeral Home.
