LaKeisia Vernice Crowell was born on March 24, 1974 to
Francine Crowell in Bridgeport, CT.
LaKeisia received her formal
education at Central High School in Bridgeport, CT. She furthered her education at Tallahassee Community College and received an Associates Degree in nursing. She also received her Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree in Savannah, GA.
LaKeisia accepted Christ at an early age and was united with Mt. Olive Holy Ghost Deliverance Church.
Over the years LaKeisia worked for various hospitals in Florida and Georgia. Most recently she began travel nursing; as a family nurse practitioner.
In her leisure, she enjoyed traveling, eating seafood, dancing and spending time with family.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory (daughter) LaKasia Crowell, (mother) Francine L. Crowell,
(maternal grandmother) Minnie Simmons, (sister)
Deborah Beckett, (nieces) Kennedy Crowell and
Kerrington Beckett, (nephews) Amare Watson and Connor Beckett, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
LaKeisia Vernice Crowell departed this life on April 13, 2022. She was preceded in death by son, Isaiah Wayne Addison Ivey, maternal grandfather Fred Crowell,
maternal great-grandmother Alene Rose Raiford.
