LEANORE ANN VERNON

Ocala, Fl- Ms. Leanore Vernon, 80, transitioned to be with her Lord and Savior on December 17, 2025, at her parents’ home with her family at her bedside. She was a graduate of Howard High School (Class of 1963). Leanore retired from the Marion County School Board.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: (Daughter) Wanda Wade-Gadson, (grandchildren) Shaneuqa (Nene) McIntosh, Herman T. McIntosh, (sisters) Lindell McKinzy, Ingrid Suggs (Joseph, Sr.) Gloria Wooden, Lydia Vernon, (brothers) William T. Vernon, Kenneth Vernon, Sidney Vernon (Sandra), a host of Godchildren, nieces, nephews and sorrowing friends.

A celebration of life will be held 2:00PM on Saturday, January 03, 2025, at New St. John MBC, Rev. Dr. Tommy L. Brooks, Pastor.

Visitation will be held from 2:00PM until 6:30 PM on Friday, January 02, 2025, at Hadley-Brown Funeral Home, 127 N.W. 20th Street, Ocala, Fl.  All resolutions may be sent to
