Mrs. Luevania Porter, affectionately known as "Lue", was born to the late Eston and Thelma Baker, on September 27th 1960 and was a lifelong Marion County resident. She was blessed to have met her soulmate early in life in 1979. The two would soon marry and start a family having four beautiful children that they cherish.
Luevania received her education through Marion County Public Schools attending Madison Street Elementary, Howard Middle and Vanguard High Schools respectively. She Worked For Del Webb Spruce Creek for nearly a decade before her illness.
Luevania departed this life on April 6, 2022. She was preceded in death by her mother Thelma Covington Baker, father Eston Baker, sister Mary Baker Adams, grandsons Jaylen Christopher Baker and T'Angel King.
Mrs. Porter leaves in her legacy, her loving husband of 43 years Willie Lee Porter, (children) Willie Baker (Melani) Akron, Ohio, Rudolph Baker of Ocala, FL, Johnny Porter (Heather) Colorado Springs, Co., Victoria (Tilman III) Porter, a special daughter Jovonda Hatten both of Ocala, Fl, (siblings) Lewis Baker (Kathy) Texas, Pearlie Mae Baker White Ocala, FL, Aretha "Pat" Baker of Ocklawaha, FL, (24 grandchildren) Treon Baker, J'von Hatten-Baker, Jamiri Hatten-Baker, Jaleah Baker, Mylee Baker, Alonzo Baker, Jhream James, O'shea Porter, Zareion Brown, Calvbreana Epps, TillMonie King, Alexa Porter, Johnny Porter Jr., Davion Porter, Kelvin Porter, Braden Music-Baker, Aniyah Music-Baker, Christfor Baker, Colin Simmons, Shay King, Amir King, Tillman King IV, Tiana King, (5 great grandchildren) Alejandro Baker, Amaree Baker, Azalea Brown, Octavia Brown, Kennedy King, loyal cousin, Rufus Patterson, a host of nieces, nephews and sorrowing friends.
