Starke, Fl - Ms. Joann Chandler, age 65, passed away on April 16, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was employed at Shands at Starke as an Environmental Service Worker. Joann was a  member of True Vine Outreach Ministry where she served as a member of the ushers and greeters ministry.
She  leaves to cherish her precious memories: (3) Children, Delray (Shneka) Covington, Wyntriette Chandler, Centoya Chandler (All of Starke, FL), Step-Son, Donnie(Cheryl) Sewell, Atlanta, GA, Stepdaughter, Mary Mitchell, Kissimmee, Sisters: Johnnie Mae(James) Mosley Robins, Sandra Covington, Alphonso Covington (All of Starke, Fl) Mattie Sue Anderson, Gainesville, Fl. ( (6) Grandchildren, (4) Step-Grandchildren, (8) Great-Grandchildren, Godson, Dontrell Hill, Tampa, FL, a host of brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and special friends.

Funeral Services for Ms. Joann Chandler will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at True Vine Outreach Ministry, Starke, Fl. Elder Ross Chandler, Senior Pastor. Ms. Chandler will lie in repose on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 4:00PM until 6:00PM at True Vine Outreach Ministry.
