FRANK EDWARD WOODS, III
On January 18, 1976, the breath of God blew upon the earth and Frank Edward Woods, III, became a living soul. He is the first child of Frank and Brenda Woods. On Sunday, April 18, 2021, God in His infinite wisdom called him back to Himself. Frank was born in Ocala, Florida and matriculated through the Marion County Public School System, graduating from Forest High School with the Class of 1994. He attended Morehouse University, in Atlanta, Georgia, where he made his home.
Music was always his devine purpose, from singing in the gospel choir throughout his childhood and then maturing into an R&B recording artist, under the musical name of “FEW”. He was more than a singer, in recent years he wrote many gospel songs.
While music was his purpose and passion, his biggest legacy is his love & support for others. One of Frank’s favorite scriptures is “Be STILL and KNOW that I am GOD” Psalm 46:10.
Frank is survived by his parents Frank and Brenda Woods. Siblings: Tiffany Woods-Bawuah (Felix Bawuah), Carrissa Woods, Ashley Woods (Ronnie Watkins, Jr.), and Montrel Woods, Sr. (Carmen Cooper), along with neices, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and sorrowing friends.
