Kindra Tywon Kinsler

On Wednesday, December 5, 2018, Ms. Kindra Tywon Kinsler, 42, received a call she could not refuse while at The Legacy House of Marion County. It was a call from her heavenly father, welcoming her to her new home. Although she knew her departure from this world would impact many lives, she was ready to accept her crown.

Kindra received her education through the Marion County Public School System, and she was a graduate of North Marion High School.  After graduation she continued her education, becoming an Electroencephalogram Technologist. She began her employment with Dr. Rubin at Neurology Associates which became Bioclinica until her demise. Kindra was also employed at Shands @ UF in the Neurology Department.

She leaves to cherish her memories: A precious Jewel, her daughter, Jayda N’Kohl Kinsler; devoted mother & father,  Wanda “Gail” and Reginald “Mark” Swift; and John; a loving sister, Kasey Swift;  aunts Doris (Dennis) Robinson, Carla (Brandon) Cave, and Debra Butler; uncles, Carl (Faye) Hope, Kenneth McFatten, Kenneth Swift and Eugene (Mika) Swift; as well as a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins and sorrowing friends.

A wake service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 from 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM at Hadley-Brown Funeral Home 127 NW 20th Street Ocala, Florida.

A life celebration for Ms. Kindra Tywon Kinsler will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Greater Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, 515 NW 6th Terrace Ocala, Florida.

There will be no public visitation until the hour of the wake service. The family has requested that no photos be taken at the services and no clothing with her picture be worn to the services.

The family would like to thank the medical staff of Cancer Center of America (Atlanta, Ga);  Dr. Vipul Patel (Florida Cancer Specialist, Ocala, Florida); Shands @UF Cancer Center, Gainesville, Florida; and Hospice of Marion County (Legacy House).
