Deacon William "Buddy" Vernon 

Ocala, Florida - Deacon William "Buddy" Vernon age 93 transitioned this life to be with the heavenly father on December 1st 2017 at his residence.  Deacon Vernon has been a faithful member of New St. John Missionary Baptist Church since 1950 and also served in the United States Army. He leaves to cherish his precious memories and legacy a devoted spouse of 75 years Mrs. Dorothy McMillian Vernon, (Devoted Children) Lindell McKinzy, Leanore A. Vernon, William T. Vernon, Kenneth J. Vernon, Ingrid Joyce Suggs (Joseph), Gloria V. Wooden, Lydia D. Vernon, Sidney W. Vernon (Sandra), a host of grandchildren ,great grandchildren, church family and sorrowing friends. A life celebration for Deacon William Vernon will be held on Saturday December the 9th 2017  at 11:00AM at New St John Missionary Baptist Church, Dr. T.L Brooks pastor.

Deacon William "Buddy" Vernon will lie in repose  on hour prior to the service. There will be no viewing after the eulogy

Visitation will be held on Friday December 8th 2017 from 2:00pm to 6:30PM at Hadley Brown Funeral Home  127 NW 20th street Ocala Florida (352) 620-0573
